ASA Continuing Education

Staffing professionals who have earned the Certified Staffing Professional^® and Technical Services Certified℠ credentials need to recertify every three years by earning 30 hours of continuing education (CE), six of which must pertain to employment law. The 2013 ASA Staffing Law Conference provides all six of the employment law continuing education hours needed to maintain ASA certification, plus an additional 2.25 active hours that can be used toward the general CE requirement. The 2013 ASA Staffing Law Conference provides a total of 8.25 CE hours.

The full set of conference recordings also provide all six hours of legal CE plus 2.25 passive hours of CE.

Continuing Legal Education for Attorneys

This program may qualify to be approved by state bars for continuing legal education. Attorneys interested in seeking CLE for the 2013 ASA Staffing Law Conference should contact their state bars for consideration. Upon request, ASA will provide documentation that may be required to validate participation in the conference.
