Amy Bingham
Amy Bingham, owner and managing partner, Bingham Consulting
Bingham is the managing partner of Bingham Consulting, where she uses her more than 20 years of staffing industry sales leadership expertise to help small- to mid-size staffing firms accelerate growth through strategy design, coach high-potential leaders, and train sales and recruiting teams. Earlier in her career, she worked for a global staffing firm.


Blair Milo
Blair Milo, secretary for career connections and talent, State of Indiana
Milo serves as the state of Indiana’s first secretary for career connections and talent. Appointed by Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb into the position created by executive order in August 2017, Milo serves as the state’s chief talent officer as Indiana works to fill an estimated one million job openings over the next 10 years. She also serves on the recently created Governor’s Workforce Cabinet, a body dedicated to shaping education and training for a 21st century workforce. Prior to her appointment to Gov. Holcomb’s cabinet, Milo served as mayor of La Porte, IN, and as a surface warfare officer in the U.S. Navy.


Mark Murphy
Mark Murphy, senior consultant, training and development, Next Level Exchange
Murphy is the senior consultant for training and development with Next Level Exchange. He has more than 27 years of training and consulting experience in the areas of leadership, team effectiveness, trust, performance management, productivity, and project management. He spent many years at Franklin Covey and has worked with and consulted for multiple international and national companies.


Brittany Sakata
Brittany Sakata, Esq., associate general counsel, American Staffing Association
Sakata is an experienced labor and employment attorney with more than 10 years of experience litigating matters on behalf of individuals and employers. She advises members on labor and employment law and policy issues, including EEO, wage and hour, immigration/I-9, OSHA, and NLRB issues.


Darrel Zeck
Darrel Zeck, executive director, Office of Work-Based Learning and Apprenticeship
Zeck is the executive director of Indiana’s Office of Work-Based Learning and Apprenticeship. Previously, he served as vice president of Stark Industries, an aerospace manufacturing company in Terre Haute. Before joining Stark, Zeck served as the director of operations and development for the Terre Haute International Airport and, prior to that, as the director of public affairs and intergovernmental affairs for the city of Terre Haute, where his duties included public outreach, operational planning, government relations, and economic development. He has been a pilot for more than 25 years, and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
