Bialy is a social media and content marketing strategist at Haley Marketing Group, where he has advised more than 65 staffing and recruiting firms on social media marketing, blogging, content marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization. He has guided the strategy and delivery of multiple industry award-winning social media campaigns. Bialy oversees and implements the comprehensive social media marketing campaign for Haley Marketing Group and manages the product development of the company’s Social Pro service, an award-winning social media marketing solution designed specifically for the staffing industry. He also is a consistent contributor to Lunch With Haley, Haley Marketing’s educational webinar series for the staffing industry, and has presented at past industry-specific conferences.


Amy Bingham
Amy Bingham, owner and managing partner, Bingham Consulting
Bingham is the managing partner of Bingham Consulting, where she uses her more than 20 years of staffing industry sales leadership expertise to help small- to mid-size staffing firms accelerate growth through strategy design, coach high-potential leaders, and train sales and recruiting teams. Earlier in her career, she worked for a global staffing firm.


Toby Malara
Toby Malara, Esq., government affairs counsel, American Staffing Association
Malara manages all staffing-related legislation and regulation on behalf of ASA and represents the industry’s interests before Congress and state legislatures. He provides government relations counsel to the association's affiliated state organizations and regional councils and directs political fundraising activities through the ASA political action committee, StaffingPAC. Malara is a graduate of Georgetown University and received his law degree from Catholic University. He is a member of the Maryland bar association.


Kelly McCreight
Kelly McCreight, CSP, chief executive officer, Hamilton-Ryker and chairman, ASA board of directors
McCreight is the chief executive officer of Hamilton-Ryker, which provides commercial and IT staffing, IT managed solutions, and vendor management system (VMS) and managed service provider (MSP) services across the Southeast. McCreight began his career with Hamilton-Ryker in 1993 as a staffing coordinator. Over his more than 20 years with the firm, he has worked as a vendor-on-premise, branch manager, business development manager, and controller; he became president and CEO of Hamilton-Ryker in 2009. McCreight is also a past president of the Tennessee Staffing Association and the current treasurer of the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce.


Mark Murphy
Mark Murphy, senior consultant, training and development, Next Level Exchange
Murphy is the senior consultant for training and development with Next Level Exchange. He has more than 27 years of training and consulting experience in the areas of leadership, team effectiveness, trust, performance management, productivity, and project management. He spent many years at Franklin Covey and has worked with and consulted for multiple international and national companies.


Joyce Russell
Joyce Russell, president, Adecco Staffing U.S.
Russell’s impressive career with Adecco spans 30 years. Working her way up through Adecco, Russell has held roles through all levels of the organization while leading talented teams that have consistently delivered outstanding performance results. Russell leads the largest business unit of Adecco Group North America, with more than 450 branch locations, approximately 1,800 colleagues, and a diverse portfolio of clients, including many of the Fortune 500. As the most senior ranking woman in the U.S. staffing industry, Russell has firmly established her reputation and talent for colleague development and client collaboration.


Jill M. White
Jill M. White, attorney, Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP
White represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment disputes, including actions involving discrimination and retaliation claims, leave of absence issues, wage disputes, unemployment claims, and employment agreements and covenants not to compete. This includes claims asserted under the FMLA, ADA, ADEA, FLSA and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, among others. Jill has experience successfully defending lawsuits filed in state and federal courts, as well as in proceedings before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor.
