Speakers

Murphy is the senior consultant for training and development with Next Level Exchange. He has more than 27 years of training and consulting experience in the areas of leadership, team effectiveness, trust, performance management, productivity, and project management. He spent many years at Franklin Covey and has worked with and consulted for multiple international and national companies.

Bingham is the managing partner of Bingham Consulting, where she uses her more than 20 years of staffing industry sales leadership expertise to help small- to mid-size staffing firms accelerate growth through strategy design, coach high-potential leaders, and train sales and recruiting teams. Earlier in her career, she worked for a global staffing firm.

McCreight is the chief executive officer of Hamilton-Ryker, which provides commercial and IT staffing, IT managed solutions, and vendor management system (VMS) and managed service provider (MSP) services across the Southeast. McCreight began his career with Hamilton-Ryker in 1993 as a staffing coordinator. Over his more than 20 years with the firm, he has worked as a vendor-on-premise, branch manager, business development manager, and controller; he became president and CEO of Hamilton-Ryker in 2009. McCreight is also a past president of the Tennessee Staffing Association and the current treasurer of the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce.

Weintraub is the managing partner of the Memphis office of Fisher & Phillips LLP. He is a trial attorney who has represented employers in more than 59 jury and bench trials in the private and public sectors in employment, harassment and discrimination, and retaliatory discharge lawsuits. He also handles U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charges, wage and hour cases, labor cases, and enforcing noncompetes in all federal and state courts and agencies, various courts of appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He provides training for employers in avoiding harassment charges and employment litigation, and is a frequent speaker at employment and labor seminars around the country.

Leverant is president and chief operating officer of @Work Group, a top multispecialty staffing franchise headquartered in Knoxville, TN. He is responsible for national franchise development as well as operational support for the @Work franchise owners across the nation. He was named to the 2016 class of the Greater Knoxville Business Journal 40 Under 40. Leverant also was named 2016 Volunteer of the Year by the American Staffing Association.

Yesilevskiy is the digital marketing manager at Haley Marketing Group, where she specializes in harnessing online marketing strategies to attract, engage, and reactivate candidates and prospects. She also specializes in developing and executing marketing campaigns in the areas of pay-per-click (PPC) marketing, social advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing focused on meeting lead generation, recruiting, branding, and engagement goals. Haley Marketing Group provides website development, email and content marketing, social media marketing and strategy consulting to more than 1,200 staffing and recruiting firms throughout the world.
