Amy Bingham
Amy Bingham, owner and managing partner, Bingham Consulting
Bingham is the managing partner of Bingham Consulting, where she uses her more than 20 years of staffing industry sales leadership expertise to help small- to mid-size staffing firms accelerate growth through strategy design, coach high-potential leaders, and train sales and recruiting teams. Earlier in her career, she worked for a global staffing firm.


Pam Bratton
Pam Bratton, vice president, Meador Staffing Services
Bratton has worked in the staffing industry since 1976. In her role as vice president at Meador Staffing Services, based in Pasadena, TX, Bratton is the contract administrator and compliance officer for the company. She oversees regulatory, legislative, and contract matters, and maintains an active role in monitoring regulatory and legislative actions in Texas. Bratton has testified before both the Texas House and Senate committees as well as the state department of insurance as an advocate for the staffing industry. She also serves as chairman of the Texas ASA PAC board or directors.


Toby Malara
Toby Malara, Esq., government affairs counsel, American Staffing Association
Malara manages all staffing-related legislation and regulation on behalf of ASA and represents the industry’s interests before Congress and state legislatures. He provides government relations counsel to the association's affiliated state organizations and regional councils and directs political fundraising activities through the ASA political action committee, StaffingPAC. Malara is a graduate of Georgetown University and received his law degree from Catholic University. He is a member of the Maryland bar association.


Mark Murphy
Mark Murphy, senior consultant, training and development, Next Level Exchange
Murphy is the senior consultant for training and development with Next Level Exchange. He has more than 27 years of training and consulting experience in the areas of leadership, team effectiveness, trust, performance management, productivity, and project management. He spent many years at Franklin Covey and has worked with and consulted for multiple international and national companies.


Todd Palmer
Todd Palmer, founder and president, Diversified Industrial Staffing and Extraordinary Advisors
Palmer is the founder and president of Diversified Industrial Staffing and Extraordinary Advisors, an executive consulting firm. His companies have helped more than 4,300 people secure employment, and in 2015 he launched Skilled Labor Training Centers. Palmer is frequently highlighted in industry publications and is a sought out industry consultant. He served as a past chairman of the ASA industrial section council.


Linda Schoonmaker
Linda Schoonmaker, Esq., partner, Seyfarth Shaw LLP
Schoonmaker has defended employers for almost 30 years in lawsuits, arbitrations, and administrative charges brought by employees and governmental agencies throughout the country. Described in the 2013 edition of Legal 500 as “one of the best and brightest lawyers anywhere” and by a contributor to the 2009 edition as “one of the most competent and capable trial lawyers I've ever encountered,” Schoonmaker has been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in labor and employment law since 1994, and is a member of the college of the state bar of Texas.
