  • The ASA Washington Staffing Symposium takes place Sept. 21, in Seattle, and is designed specifically for staffing professionals doing business in the Washington region. This one-day event will convene an impressive lineup of national and local industry leaders for strategic discussions, planning, and legislative updates.

Toby Malara, Esq., government affairs counsel for the American Staffing Association, will kick off the event by discussing the dynamics of the new administration and Congress. What policy changes can the administration make on its own? Where does it need help from Congress? What issues are on their respective legislative agendas, and what does that mean for the staffing industry?

Next, Washington state legislative expert Deidra Nguyen, of Littler Employment & Labor Law Solutions Worldwide, will deliver a local update for Washington. Don’t miss out on this exclusive information vital to your business.

Veteran industry educator and author Scott Wintrip will then share his well-established recruiting best practices to hire better and faster.

Finally, the day will close with Trending Insights, a roundtable learning session. Participate in discussion topics selected by industry leaders.

This conference qualifies for 6.5 continuing education hours toward maintaining your ASA credential.
