Lafayette is employed in the Eastern Compliance Bureau, in the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Division. He has worked in the Department as a Safety Compliance Officer for 6 years, Health Compliance Officer for 5 years, and as a District Supervisor (OSHA Safety & Health Compliance Manager) enforcing health and safety in the workplace over the past 13 years. In his current position he supervises nine Safety and Health Compliance Officers over an eleven county region centered around the Wilmington, NC field office. He graduated from Eastern Washington University, Cheney, WA, with a degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
Clark came to the staffing industry in 1997 after serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, gaining experience as a loss prevention manager at Macy’s, and earning a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice. He is currently the environmental health and safety controller responsible for Aerotek’s health and safety, aviation regulatory compliance, and OSHA/worker safety compliance programs. During his tenure with Aerotek, Clark also has been responsible for the employee screening, security clearance, and workers’ compensation programs. He currently serves on the ASA safety committee and the ASA Safety Standard of Excellence subcommittee.
Dietrich is a principal owner of TOPS Staffing LLC, AllTek Staffing and Resource Group Inc., e-Staff Consulting Group, AccountStaff Inc., Sterling Office Professionals, and TVS Inc. She began the western chapter of the Pennsylvania Staffing Association, an ASA-affiliated chapter, and served as its president for three years. Dietrich also has served on the ASA chapter leadership council and the chapter past presidents committee.

Prior to founding The Code Works Inc., Sara consulted to the Fortune 500 across Europe and the U.S. on business process design and reengineering projects with Accenture. Sara holds degrees in electrical engineering and social science.

Robert Thompson is a vice president at World Wide Specialty Programs with 22 years of staffing industry experience. He started as a principal in a firm focused on market research and analysis of the staffing industry, and World Wide and American International Group were two of his many insurance clients. Thompson sold his firm in 2007 and joined World Wide to run their new business, broker development, and workers’ compensation divisions. He is a skilled manager with experience in marketing, research, analysis, sales, customer and broker relations, underwriting, loss control, and co-authoring a staffing industry risk management manual. Thompson is from New York and has four grown children.
