To qualify for early registration pricing discounts, you must register and full payment must be received by ASA no later than Feb. 26. Registrations received without payment will not be processed. Each registrant will receive a separate confirmation by email.

On both days of the conference, a continental breakfast and lunch will be served in the expo. There is also a happy hour in the expo on the first evening of the conference, where hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be served.

Yes. Name badges should be worn throughout the conference for access to all sessions, meals, and the expo.
Shortly before the conference takes place, attendees will receive an email with a unique barcode in it. Attendees should bring a printout of that email or have the email available on their smartphones. Attendees will scan their codes in the registration area on site and receive a printed name badge—which should be worn throughout the conference for access to all sessions, meals, and the expo.

Yes. You can register on site. Please note that on-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis, and checks will not be accepted on site.

No. You must register for the entire ASA Staffing Law Conference, even if you plan to attend only one day or only parts of the conference.

Cancellations must be received in writing in the ASA office by Feb. 26. After that date, no refunds will be awarded. Alternate registrants will be accepted in lieu of cancellations. All cancellations will be assessed a 20% administrative charge. Refunds will not be awarded for no-shows.

Yes—but recordings are only available to those individuals who registered and paid to participate in the educational content at the 2016 ASA Staffing Law Conference (either as a staffing professional or industry supplier). These individuals will receive a link via email that directs them to the online recordings soon after the event.

Yes. Conference attendees will receive a link via email that directs them to an ASA web page where they can view and download available slide presentations before and after the conference. Some slide presentations may not be available until after the event.

Yes. ASA-certified professionals can earn up to 9.5 continuing education hours, including 8.25 hours of legal CE.

The 2016 ASA Staffing Law Conference may qualify to be approved by state bars for continuing legal education. Attorneys interested in seeking CLE for the conference should contact their state bars for consideration. Upon request after the conference, ASA will provide documentation that may be required to validate participation in the conference.

For the 2016 ASA Staffing Law Conference, ASA will automatically enter your CE hours into your online CE status within two weeks of the conference. If you are certified by ASA, there is nothing you need to do to log your earned hours for the 2016 ASA Staffing Law Conference.
