InnoVergent, the Alpharetta based cloud accounting and financial software-consulting firm, is pleased to announce another strategic hire. Lindsay Matthews now serves as the company\u2019s first Client Success Manager.<\/p>\n

Lindsay brings a new dimension to InnoVergent\u2019s customer-facing team. With a background in Account Management for the staffing industry, Lindsay boasts over 5 years of experience with strong problem solving, communication and analytical skills.<\/p>\n

In this new role, Lindsay will be dedicated to fostering relationships with existing clients. Through periodic and proactive outreach to each of InnoVergent\u2019s customers, she will oversee on-time renewals, upsells, provide value-added services and contribute to overall client satisfaction.<\/p>\n
