    It has come to our attention that in the past someone claiming to be with ASA has contacted exhibitors about reduced rates on hotel rooms at the convention hotel. No legitimate ASA representative would reach out by phone about an exclusive offer for rooms in Washington, DC. We would publish it on our website for all attendees. Please use caution when receiving any phone calls about reduced hotel rates.

  • As an exhibitor, you receive a complimentary listing in the Staffing Law Conference Resource Book. The listing includes your company name, address, contact, phone, e-mail, website, booth number, a 50-word description, and your choice of three product or service categories.

    Please fill out the attached complimentary Exhibitor Listing Form. Completed forms can be submitted to Kerri Knadle at k******@americanstaffing.net along with your 50-word company description and logo.

    All exhibitor listings are due by Friday, February 15 to guarantee your spot in the Resource Book.

  • Ready to register your booth staff? You can also register your team by completing this Exhibitor Registration Form and faxing it back to the ASA office at (703) 253-2053 or emailing it to Kerri at k******@americanstaffing.net.

    Online registration is available but it is very slow. Visit www.staffinglawconference.net and click on Register Online.

    Exhibitor badges are required for anyone working in the booth. Exhibiting companies are allotted two complimentary registrations per 10’ x 10’ booth. Additional registrations beyond complimentary allotment are available at a discounted price.

More Ways to Promote Your Presence

  • Let your audience know you will be at the 2019 Staffing Law Conference by using the exhibitor show logos. These logos can be used in your company newsletter, on your website and as part of your social media strategy to promote your involvement in the event. Be sure to use #StaffingLaw on social media for everything 2019 Staffing Law Conference.

  • Send a promotion to attendees before or after the show. As an exhibitor, you have your choice of sending an email to attendees before or after the show to promote your company's presence. In line with industry best practices, ASA will no longer provide the attendee list in excel format. The promotion email offered to exhibitors will be sent through a third party.

    Exhibitors have two options.

    1. Use ASA's email template. Provide the needed information and have an email sent, using a template created by ASA. Click here to access the guide. Click here to see an example.
    2. Provide the HTML code of the email you have created and ASA will send  it using your formatting.

    As always, promotional pieces must include the 2019 Staffing Law Conference logo and the website address staffinglawconference.net.

  • ASA Staffing Law Conference Resource Book
    Increase your presence at the conference with your booth! Suppliers can raise their visibility by advertising in the Resource Book. This is the take-home piece which is distributed to all attendees during the conference to reference exhibitors and advertisers they need. It includes workshop slides and the attendee roster so it sits on the executive’s desks well after the conference.
