The Illinois Search and Staffing Association and the Michigan Association of Staffing Services will host “Soaring Higher,” an exclusive event for staffing owners and executives. Keynote speaker Randy Fox, a former NCAA basketball official, will present his highly acclaimed presentation “A Leader Worth Following: The Real Take on Real Leadership.” His discussion of the key leadership qualities transforms the way people live, work, and lead. The retreat takes place at the Wingspread Retreat and Executive Conference Center near Racine, WI, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and situated on 36 peaceful acres along Lake Michigan.
