Kit Contains Resources Staffing Firms Need to Speak Strategically About ACA Compliance
The American Staffing Association today announced the introduction of the ASA Affordable Care Act Communications Kit, a new resource that contains materials to help staffing firms address ACA compliance with clients.
The kit features the ASA Statement of Principles, a document that conveys the association’s and its members’ commitment to ACA compliance. Also featured in the kit is a slide presentation for client discussions about the law; a sample letter to use with clients; a series of ACA compliance videos; and the ACA Committed to Compliance seal to display on a company website, letterhead, and publications. In addition, ASA has created an ACA-focused website that is updated with breaking ACA news, FAQs, white papers, and more.
“The American Staffing Association and its members are strongly committed to compliance with the Affordable Care Act. ASA members want to help clients address the new demands of the law and increase their understanding of the nature and extent of the additional staffing costs they will incur,” says Richard Wahlquist, president and chief executive officer of the American Staffing Association. “This valuable new kit will help staffing firms communicate with clients about their commitment to compliance and how the law will affect staffing services.”
Members of ASA can access the ACA Communications Kit by visiting the ASA Affordable Care Act website.
