Background Investigations for Staffing Companies

Jack Nichols, Esq. Director and General Counsel John “Jack” Nichols joined CSI following an exemplary career in Government service where he developed specialized skills in investigating and  Prosecuting complex multi-jurisdictional white collar fraud investigations, antitrust violations, public corruption, and violent crimes. During his career Jack served on the New York City Police Department, Maine Attorney General’s Office, U.S. Virgin Islands Office of Attorney General and United States Attorney’s Office where he built an exceptional record of investigation and litigation success in both civil and criminal matters. As Director and General Counsel for Creative Services, Inc. Jack assists clients in their compliance with federal and state statutes pertaining to employment related background checks and internal investigations.
Jack obtained his Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston. He received degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science, graduating magna cum laude, from Southern Maine Technical College and University of Southern Maine. Jack is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations.
