Cincinnati, OH – December 17, 2018BelFlex Staffing Network (BelFlex), a staffing and flexible workforce solutions firm in the commercial sector, has created two new corporate positions that will focus on identifying and training internal talent.  Matthew Burnheimer has been hired as Talent Acquisition Manager where he will be responsible for internal recruiting, including ensuring that each new BelFlex hire supports the company’s core value of “Succeeding Together” – its commitment to creating success for its employees, clients and communities. Jimmy Elliott is being promoted to Corporate Trainer where he will be responsible for developing a more robust employee training program that focuses on the specific needs of BelFlex Recruiters, Branch Managers and On-Site Managers.

“BelFlex is a growing organization with 31 branches in the Midwest and Southeast and more offices on the horizon. We realize that each of these locations faces a variety of challenges when it comes to connecting the right person with the right job – from low unemployment rates and shrinking labor pools to increased automation and a growing skills gaps,” said Stacy Kleinhenz, Vice President, Human Resources, BelFlex. “We believe that to help our employees address these challenges, BelFlex needs to make a continuous investment in each and every one of them. This begins with acquiring the best talent and continues throughout their careers with ongoing training programs and advancement opportunities.”

As Talent Acquisition Manager, Burnheimer will conduct internal recruiting for the company, including collaborating with the executive team and local offices to strengthen the BelFlex employer brand. He will also be responsible for developing relationships with local colleges, high schools and other organizations in order to build awareness about the rewards of working in the staffing industry. “BelFlex has an excellent reputation, not only as a staffing company but as a supporter of the communities it serves,” said Burnheimer. “I’m excited to collaborate with the local offices to highlight these strengths and continue building the BelFlex reputation so it becomes an employer-of-choice in each market.”

Elliott’s responsibilities as Corporate Trainer will include expanding existing training materials, training new employees, creating an easy-to-follow process manual and helping to initiate a continuing education program. For individual employees who are looking to advance their careers, Elliott will also work with them to develop a career roadmap.  “BelFlex has made great strides recently in strengthening its recruiter training through mentor programs and formal training in the corporate office,” said Elliott. “I’m looking forward to expanding on this important work with new initiatives for our employees and by acting as an ambassador between the executive team and the recruiters and managers out in the field.”
