The awards, presented by ClearlyRated and CareerBuilder, are earned by fewer than 2 percent of all recruiting firms in North America. Alaant has now won the Best of Staffing® Client Award for three consecutive years. Alaant received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 72 percent of the employers it works with – far above the industry average of 11 percent. The same percentage of clients said they were very likely to recommend Alaant to a friend or colleague, more than twice the industry average.
This is the first time Alaant has pursued – and won – the Best of Staffing® Talent Award. In surveys with job seekers and candidates placed in positions, 80 percent gave Alaant satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10, far exceeding the industry average of 24 percent. When asked if they would recommend Alaant to a friend or colleague, 84 percent said they were very likely to, nearly double the industry average.
Best of Staffing® is the only award in the U.S. and Canada that recognizes firms proven to provide superior service based completely on the ratings given to them through third party, validated survey responses. Clients of winning agencies are more than twice as likely to be completely satisfied, and candidates they’ve placed are nearly twice as likely to be completely satisfied, as compared to those working with non-winning agencies.
