Who Should Attend
Every staffing firm is being told to adopt AI, but most of the advice being offered focuses on how–which tools, what sequence, how fast. This session steps back to the harder question of why–and what gets lost when a firm skips it. Drawing on the latest industry and global workforce data, we make the case that the firms winning the AI era are the ones routing the time it gives back toward people, not away from them.
Highlights
The throughline is simple. Placing the right person, with care, faster has always been the job. AI offers new ways to do that well and new ways to do it badly, and the difference comes down to who stays in the room when the decisions get made.
By the end of this program, attendees will be able to
- Reframe the AI conversation in staffing from “how do we adopt the tools” to “why we adopt them,” using the three questions every firm should answer first.
- Interpret the latest industry and global workforce data as a staffing growth story, not a displacement threat.
- Identify what keeps candidate trust intact as AI enters the workflow, specifically the ability to explain any decision in plain language with a human accountable for it.
- Apply a people-first lens to distinguish AI deployments that give time back to recruiters from those that quietly erode the human work that defines staffing.
