The American Staffing Association today announced four recipients of the association’s prestigious Women in Leadership Scholarship program.
The Women in Leadership Scholarship program honors rising stars who show exemplary professional growth potential and a commitment to a career in the staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry.
The class of 2026 Women in Leadership scholars are
- Brittany Couture, Vi-Leon
- Olivia Girr, Vi-Leon
- Kim James, Integrity Staffing Group
- Jen Larson, Hollstadt Consulting
“This year’s Women in Leadership Scholarship winners represent some of the top promising minds shaping the future of our industry,” said Sue Jagan, chair of the Women in Leadership Scholarship program taskforce. “Our industry depends on quality talent who are ready to lead the next generation of staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions.
“We look forward to helping the Class of 2026 strengthen their networks, develop new skills, and embrace this new leadership opportunity.”
Each recipient will attend two ASA events at no charge: THRIVE Live, Oct. 11–12, and Staffing World® 2026, Oct. 12–14, at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Denver, CO.
