Powered by People is a high-energy storytelling session unlike anything else on the Staffing World 2026 agenda—a fast-paced, people-focused speed talk. Just you, your story, and a room full of people who can’t wait to hear it. Got a breakthrough moment that changed how you lead? A lesson learned the hard way? A perspective on innovation, growth, or the human side of staffing that deserves to be heard? This is your chance to speak at Staffing World Oct. 12-14 in Denver, CO.

ASA is seeking presenters who can deliver a sharp, compelling talk that is

  • Concise and punchy—you’ll have a set time and slides that advance automatically, so every word counts
  • Grounded in real experience—personal leadership stories, industry insights, and hard-won lessons are the heart of this session
  • Human-first—this isn’t a product pitch or a panel. It’s a story worth telling.

Format Details

  • Speed talk (seven minutes) format with auto-advancing slides
  • No pausing, no rewinding—just clear, confident storytelling in real time
  • Topics may span leadership, innovation, growth, culture, or the evolving future of staffing

If you have aspirations of becoming a speaker and sharing your ideas, strategies, or perspectives with a room full of attendees, submit your idea no later than Friday, July 31.

We will review all submissions and select a group of speakers by Friday, Aug. 14.

Powered by People session presenters will receive

  • Opportunity to speak on the main stage at Staffing World 2026
  • Coverage of one hotel night
  • The presenter rate ($1,445) to attend Staffing World 2026
