To qualify for advance registration pricing discounts, registration and payment must be received by Sept. 14. Registrations received without payment will not be processed. Each registrant will receive a separate confirmation by email. If you register one person from your company for the full convention and expo package rate, you can take 10% off each additional full convention and expo package for your team. Continental breakfasts and lunches will be served on each full day of the convention. There are also happy hours on Monday, Oct. 15 and Tuesday, Oct. 16, where hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served. For those attending the Staffing World Grand Finale, dinner will be served on the last night of the convention. If you have special dietary needs, please complete that section of the registration form.

The recommended attire for the convention is business casual. Session room temperatures can vary, so dressing in layers is recommended for maximum comfort. Cocktail attire is appropriate for some of the evening functions and the Grand Finale.

Yes. Name badges should be worn throughout the convention for access to all sessions, meals, and the expo.
Shortly before the convention takes place, attendees will receive an email with a unique barcode in it. Attendees should bring a printout of that email or have the email available on their smartphones. Attendees will scan their codes in the registration area on site and receive a printed name badge.

Yes. You can register on site. Please note that on-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis, and checks will not be accepted on site.

To attend educational sessions, you must register for the entire Staffing World convention, even if you plan to attend only one day or only parts of the convention. However, there are single-day expo-only packages available, which does not grant access to any educational sessions or workshop recordings.

Cancellations must be received in writing to the ASA office by Sept. 14. After that date, no refunds will be awarded. Alternate registrants will be accepted in lieu of cancellations. All cancellations will be assessed a 20% administrative charge. Refunds will not be awarded for no-shows. Send an email to sw@americanstaffing.net to cancel or transfer your registration, or fax a cancellation notice to 703-253-2053 no later than Sept. 14. Alternate registrants can also be processed on site.

Yes—but recordings are only available to those individuals who registered and paid to participate in the educational content at Staffing World 2018 (either as a staffing professional or industry supplier). These individuals will receive a link via email that directs them to the online recordings soon after the event.

Yes. Convention attendees will receive a link via email that directs them to an ASA web page where they can view and download available slide presentations from this year’s Staffing World. Registrants will receive an email about the availability of slide presentations before and after the convention. Please note that some slide presentations may not be available until after the event.

Yes. Staffing World has been pre-approved for recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute. You will need the program ID number to submit your application. Request this information before, during, or after the convention by sending an email to c************@americanstaffing.net.
