Traub is a nationally and internationally recognized leader in both disability and diversity employment. Over the past two decades, Traub has developed and implemented talent acquisition and talent management for entities ranging from government to national employers. He was also lead consultant on the workplace initiative team of the Poses Family Foundation to develop inclusion strategies for national employers. He has also served as the managing director for the National Organization on Disability, where he created several innovative programs and products (including the Disability Employment Tracker) to help national employers develop strategic programs designed to effectively attract, on-board, manage, and retain individuals with disabilities. He has twice been invited to present on best practices in disability employment at the White House and was keynote speaker at an international disability conference in Moscow.
