Frazzetto has worked with organizations around the globe helping them expand their digital capabilities to address critical business challenges and increase productivity. She is highly dedicated to helping advance the roles of women in technology and takes an active role in organizations that support this cause—most notably as the national chairman of ARA, an organization dedicated to attracting, retaining, and advancing women in technology. In 2021, she was recognized for her work to make tech more equitable, being named by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of the top 50 diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) influencers in the U.S. and Canada.
