Heber is a people-centric people nerd. He is the head of growth and solution design at Vetty, where he and a team of industry renegades revolutionized a broken background screening industry. In only four years, Vetty has become known as a resource for hyperscaling organizations. His curiosity about people and performance started early, and he worked on designing best-in-class consumer loyalty and employee onboarding incentive programs. Now he’s applying those strategies to help companies hire faster, smarter, and with less friction. Heber lives with his family in St. Louis and enjoys trail running in the woods at night. One of his greatest joys is seeing familiar faces in random places.
