Joiner is a staffing industry executive with more than 20 years of experience. She joined the CoWorx leadership team in 2019 to focus on the overall growth of the company. She is responsible for the national sales strategy, national program management team, client development, field sales support, sales technology, and providing robust job opportunities for field talent. Joiner has held a variety of strategic leadership roles throughout her career. She has crafted solutions for companies across all industries enabling clients to leverage spend while driving complete transparency and visibility into the workforce.
