Kennedy has been servicing the staffing industry and human resource space through technology for almost 20 years. During this time he has helped multiple companies achieve their growth goals and increase their bottom line through new technology and refined processes. His experience extends beyond sales to include marketing, product messaging, and product design. He is well versed in problem solving and client management and retention during large complex software deployments. At WorkLlama, he oversees product sales and sales operations. In this role, he is responsible for aligning product capabilities to prospect’s needs, crafting product messaging, and engaging directly with prospective clients. He is also responsible for maintaining the sales process and all tools that help support the sales team and is the liaison for sales in regard to product development, implementation, and client success.
