Miner is senior director at AMN Healthcare Services Inc. AMN is an innovator in health care workforce solutions and one of the largest and most diversified health care staffing companies in the nation. With 15 years of industry experience, Miner’s rich leadership journey includes travel nurse allied, locum tenens, marketing, labor disruptions, and revenue cycle solutions serving in a variety of capacities including recruiting, client sales, training, and operations. Her depth of experience has enabled her career journey in working with a variety of teams, clients, health care professionals, and technology solutions. Having established AMN’s first employee resource group around gender equity, she authored AMN’s playbook for the many employee resource groups to follow. Miner holds her master’s degree in business administration and has a huge passion for underserved communities, GLBTQ advocacy, and foster children advocacy. Having been a foster parent for several years, Miner and her wife have a busy house with four children under 12, two of which were adopted through foster care.
