Carroll has been a leading strategic thinker and innovator in the professional services and staffing industry for more than 25 years. As a business partner to chief executive officers, chief operating officers, and chief human resource officers, she has a unique understanding of the people side of industry—from manufacturing, banking and finance, and high tech to (most recently) health care. After her successful career in leadership with both global and U.S-based companies, she now runs Human Factor LLC to help individuals and companies with their growth and transformational strategies.
Carroll has been a voice for the future of work and the workforce through speaking engagements and publications. She is actively involved in her local community and is an active board member with Champion’s Community Foundation, a nonprofit focused on providing independent living for people with physical disabilities.
