Lund is the vice president and partner of ProFocus Technology. He joined ProFocus, an award-winning tech staffing and consulting firm specializing in providing onshore technical professionals, in 2016. He has an extensive background in executive-level roles at both private and nonprofit organizations since 2009. His role is primarily focused on overall company management and strategic planning. He regularly supports local tech community organizations and is committed to giving back to nonprofits focused on preventing domestic violence. ProFocus is a Best in Staffing diamond award winner, recently ranked #2 in Best Companies to Work For in Oregon, and has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Oregon and the country by PBJ and Inc 500.
