Having spent more than 30 years developing and deploying workforce solutions in labor markets throughout the world, Healy is a recognized thought leader and practitioner in the evolving world of work.
In his role as vice president of the World Employment Confederation, he actively advocates for labor markets that enable work, prosperity, security, and adaptation. He is chairman of WEC’s taskforce on digitalization, a group intent on removing friction from the process of connecting people with work.
Today, he is an independent contractor, representing Kelly at the WEC while serving as the managing partner and expert in residence at the Center for the Transformation of Work. He is a lifelong learner, with passion in areas ranging from the future of work to consumer behaviors, people analytics, and the role of education in achieving human agility.
