Schutrop is the vice president of sales at Parqa, a performance marketing agency with the goal of revolutionizing the staffing industry by leveraging technology and marketing to create great candidate and client experiences. She has spent the past decade driving results for staffing agencies through marketing. She has consulted hundreds of business leaders across the country on their growth strategies. Her passion for marketing has inspired her to share her expertise, and she regularly contributes to staffing industry webinars, podcasts, and industry groups such as ASA, the New York Staffing Association (an ASA-affiliated chapter), and World Staffing Summit. She was named a Top Staffing Leader to Watch in 2022 by Staffing World Awards and is a member of the ASA women in leadership council and its marketing and public relations committee.
