Graham has more than 20 years as an industrial psychologist, with extensive experience helping organizations align talent systems with their strategic and cultural priorities. He has developed broad expertise across human resource systems (hiring, training and development, performance management, engagement, succession, and coaching), with exceptional depth in ability and personality assessment. He brings valuable international experience and perspective to the PSP team, having lived in Asia for more than five years managing an HR consulting operation.
