Baker is a proven business and technology leader responsible for the global information security and compliance programs for Kelly, a leading specialty talent solutions company. As vice president and chief information security officer, he creates the strategy and oversees the implementation and operation of all processes, services, and internal and external security protections for the company. He joined Kelly in 2012 as director of technology and identity. The following year, he formed the company’s first cyber security team, constructing it and the organization into one with a strong security focus. In his tenure with Kelly, Baker has been a key contributor to Kelly, responsible for security, architecture, identity, and infrastructure PMO while leading information security initiatives and operations for the company. He is known as a trusted advisor to the Kelly board of directors and company leadership.
