He is a trusted adviser to the staffing and recruitment community and specializes in working directly with company owners in areas of scalability, efficiencies, financial modeling, and strategic planning. Prior to joining People2.0 in 2020, Bortignon was vice president of operations for Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) Inc., a national commercial staffing firm, where he spent more than five years.
