Our Staffing World 2022 presenters represent a broad range of perspectives and expertise.
Wilder is an attorney with the firm’s labor and employment department. She focuses her practice on management-side employment matters, including advice and counsel on various employment and agency matters, preparing employment agreements and contracts, and litigation. She has extensive experience defending clients in both state and federal courts and providing guidance on charges of discrimination, wage and hour audits, and regulatory complaints. Additionally, she has conducted Title IX and private employer workplace investigations and drafted employment contracts, settlement and separation agreements, and policies and handbooks.
