Ford has spent more than 15 years in the client services space within boutique marketing agencies. She has worked with client teams in every phase of marketing maturity—Fortune Global 500 teams to two-person start-ups. Ford leads the account and project management teams at Parqa and focuses on delivering measurable results and ensuring client success and overall satisfaction with their marketing efforts. She graduated from the University of North Carolina–Charlotte with a double major in organizational communication and sociology.
