Gossin comes from a background in staffing and has extensive experience running a successful temporary and direct hire staffing agency. From managing and creating recruiting processes, to overseeing time and pay, she has experienced firsthand the highs and lows of staffing and the technology used along the way. Now a product leader at Crelate, she sets the vision and direction of the product by bringing her industry knowledge to the table and partnering with clients and internal resources to deliver the best product to the market.
