Our Staffing World 2022 presenters represent a broad range of perspectives and expertise.
Tischer brings to her role at TCI Business Capital more than 15 years of frontline staffing experience and has an authentic passion for the industry. She is responsible for developing staffing industry partnerships and driving payroll funding solutions throughout the nation. Her leadership experience and understanding of sales, recruiting, and operations in the staffing industry allow her to speak the language of staffing industry owners to better assist them in getting their financial needs met. Tischer serves on the board of directors for the Minnesota Recruiting and Staffing Association (an ASA-affiliated chapter), she has participated in the ASA mentorship program, and she is active with the National Association of Women Business Owners Minnesota Chapter.
