Our Staffing World 2023 presenters represent a broad range of perspectives and expertise.
Cody Cope, a 17-year veteran of the staffing industry, is the senior manager, talent acquisition and training and development at AccountStaff Inc. and the TOPS Staffing family of companies headquartered in Pittsburgh. Cope specializes in finding accounting and finance professionals throughout Western Pennsylvania, and he helped create an internal training program called Elevations for all new TOPS employees. Cope has won numerous awards, including the TOPS Family Recruiter of the Year, President’s Club Award, and the 2019 Above and Beyond Award at the TOPS family of companies. Also, Cope is heavily involved in ASA, where he is a member of the professional–managerial section council, Staffing World content focus group, and social responsibility committee, as well as being an active mentor in the ASA Mentor Match program.
