Our Staffing World 2023 presenters represent a broad range of perspectives and expertise.
Over the first 15 years of his career, Pittak worked for large organizations—having served in the U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, and KeyBank. At Key, he was instrumental in leading the change for how the business managed its $120 million contingent labor budget. During that time, he gained an appreciation for the staffing industry and subsequently joined TalentLaunch. He was responsible for the corporate support functions of the $125 million organization as the chief operating officer. Pittak discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System, was responsible for the rollout, and served as the integrator during that time. He began a new journey in 2019 starting an EOS practice. Now, as an EOS franchise owner and certified EOS implementer, his passion allows him to make a meaningful difference by helping others. His unique style brings his experience as an integrator of a rapidly growing organization, combined with his status as an entrepreneur himself, and he sees the complexity that even small organizations can quickly become immersed in.
