Dearth has been with Insight Global since summer 2010. Starting out as an entry-level recruiter in Seattle, he has held multiple roles in sales and recruiting leadership throughout his career. In his current role as president he is responsible for all things candidate and consultant at Insight Global. This includes oversight of the recruiting, consultant engagement, and digital services organizations as well as the strategic oversight of the company’s global recruiting strategy, helping to account for more than 60,000 placements annually.
