Agostinelli has a proven track record of building, growing, and leading teams that consistently achieve business goals. With more than 10 years of experience in talent management he has focused on developing and executing high-level insights, strategies, and plans that have helped Davis gain market share, improve profitability, and elevate growth. Agostinelli is a 2020 recipient of Worcester Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award. In addition, he’s the creator and host of a podcast called “Beer and Careers” that shares inspiring stories of successful professionals who may have taken the road less traveled.
