Our Staffing World 2023 presenters represent a broad range of perspectives and expertise.
Tischer brings to her role at TCI Business Capital more than 15 years of frontline staffing experience. She is responsible for driving partnerships and solutions to better serve TCI’s staffing portfolio. She serves on the board of directors for the Minnesota Recruiting and Staffing Association, an ASA-Affiliated chapter; is currently on the ASA membership committee; and has been a mentor in the ASA Mentor Match Program.
