Since 2018, Pedersen has served as the chief legal executive of Medical Solutions, one of the nation’s largest health care staffing companies. He oversees all legal matters, including regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation, risk management, government affairs, and enterprise-wide legal strategy. Prior to joining Medical Solutions, Pedersen served as general counsel to privately held high-growth businesses in ecommerce and specialty finance. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Creighton University and obtained his law degree from Duke University School of Law. He is a member of the ASA legal and legislative committee.
