Green began his professional career in recruiting and launched his first company in 1992. His business enjoyed success and through investments of time and money, his business endeavors expanded such that he is now an operator, investor, and active board member of ProPivotal (formerly Professional Staffing Group) as well as a number of staffing and staffing-adjacent businesses. In 2022, after being a founder of PSG Global Solutions, Green, along with his partners, sold PSG Global Solutions to Teleperformance for $300 million. Additionally, he was an investor and board member for ClearlyRated leading up to their private equity-led majority investment in 2023. Green was chairman of the American Staffing Association board of directors and was a board member for nine years
