Alison Richmond

As senior vice president of ClearEdge Marketing Services, Richmond leads the largest division of ClearEdge by upholding its commitment to serve as a visionary growth partner and bright-minded brand innovator to businesses across the talent sector. Richmond leads a team of more than 40 highly experienced marketing strategists and creatives who are known for contributing to business and growth goals via marketing ingenuity and excellence. She has led marketing teams in the talent and staffing space for more than a decade, with a focus on ensuring the strategic delivery and careful tracking of integrated marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and increase brand reach. Prior to joining ClearEdge, Richmond served in marketing and leadership roles at Oxford Global Resources and ASGN in addition to advising startups on growth strategies. She recently completed her Chief Revenue Officer certification while also serving as a mentor to the next generation of marketing talent through her alma mater and the ASA mentor match program.
