Analisa Gutierrez

Gutierrez is the chief operating officer of Summit Staffing and a co-founder of TalentCraft, an IT and life sciences staffing firm. She quite literally grew up in the business as Summit Staffing was founded by her mother, Fiorella Auriemma, in 1986—only a few months after she was born. Now a second-generation family-owned and operated business, Summit Staffing supplies light industrial staffing services throughout the Midwest. Gutierrez began her career at Summit Staffing working as an on-site recruiter within client facilities during summers off from DePaul University. After college, she worked with a corporate travel incentive company before coming back to Summit and joining the sales team in 2009. Throughout her career, she has worked many different roles, gaining a comprehensive knowledge of both the industry and Summit Staffing. In 2018, Gutierrez, along with her family and business partners, founded TalentCraft—an IT staffing firm—and they expanded the business into the life sciences sector in 2023. Today she spends much of her time focused on Summit Staffing’s growth and culture, and creating cohesion among their operation. The most rewarding aspect of the job remains the same: putting people to work every day and extending the sense of family at the root of their businesses to both associates and clients alike.
