Hesson is a veteran of the recruiting and staffing industry, leveraging more than a decade of hands-on experience to help agency owners optimize their technology and processes. He previously ran his own successful recruiting desk for multiple years, gaining firsthand insight into the recruiter experience. In his current role as manager of professional services, he leads a team responsible for seamless customer onboarding and data migrations. Hesson consults with new and prospective customers, identifying opportunities to implement process improvements tailored to their operational needs. With his recruiting and staffing technology expertise, he aims to help firms better manage their data and business operations for scalable growth.
