Dan Campbell

Campbell is a general partner at MSouth Equity Partners in Fund IV, which raised $940 million and has $2.3 billion across four funds. In this role he is actively engaged in Medix, a leading provider of health care staffing in the U.S. Prior to joining MSouth, Campbell was chief executive officer of Hire Dynamics, a leading commercial staffing company that he co-founded in 2001 and where he remained as executive chairman until the business was sold in November 2021 to Employbridge/Apollo. Hire Dynamics generated $500 million in revenue out of its 50 offices. Prior to founding Hire Dynamics, Campbell was the CEO of an award-winning staffing company based in Los Angeles, CA. Previous roles include director of business planning for AHL Services and an investment banker in the corporate finance group of Price Waterhouse. He served on the board of the American Staffing Association for 10 years, including serving as chairman for one year, and is a member of the Staffing Industry Hall of Fame by Staffing Industry Analysts. Within the staffing industry, Campbell is an active investor and advisor for RefAssured and Glyde, and was an investor and advisor until the successful exits of both WorkN and ClearlyRated.
