DeDe Kelley

Kelley oversees the talent acquisition (TA) department, which includes recruiting, behavioral assessments, training, salary benchmarking, strategic planning, development of TA policies and procedures, team development, outplacement services, and professional coaching. She is responsible for TA services that provide a well-rounded approach to implementing processes and procedures, and designing, creating, and developing teams. She accomplishes this by meeting with clients and fostering a trusted advisor relationship, gaining a deeper understanding of the company’s needs, and then develops their long-term TA strategies. Prior to joining Marsh McLennan Agency, Kelley owned and operated a talent acquisition and recruiting consulting firm. She worked with many diverse industries—both regionally and nationwide—including legal, finance and accounting, manufacturing, franchisee, nonprofit, health care, family office, investment firms, commercial real estate, forestry, retail, hospitality, engineering, and education institutions.
