Jaime Donnelly

Donnelly is the president of Integrity Staffing Solutions, one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the U.S. Over her 24-year tenure at Integrity, Donnelly has been pivotal in scaling the company’s operations across 32 states, employing more than 100,000 temporary associates annually. She has implemented cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance efficiency and service quality in the staffing process. Her commitment to operational excellence and her holistic approach to financial health have been recognized industry-wide. In 2022, she was named one of the 100 Most Influential Staffing Industry Leaders by Staffing Industry Analysts. Additionally, in 2020 she was honored with the CFO of the Year Award by the Philadelphia Business Journal. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Donnelly has dedicated more than 18 years to the board of directors of Temporary Services Insurance Ltd., a workers’ compensation insurance captive handling over $6 billion in annual payroll. Her leadership journey within the board includes roles such as treasurer, secretary, vice president, and president of the executive committee.
