Davis is a seasoned industry veteran with more than 25 years of progressive leadership in recruiting and staffing. His career includes roles as branch manager, vice president, and chief revenue officer. As CEO, he leverages his industry knowledge to provide comprehensive back-office support to search and staffing firms nationwide. Since 2006, Signature’s platform has empowered hundreds of firms to fill over 50,000 contract staffing assignments in dozens of industries. Prior to joining Signature, Davis served as chief revenue officer at MATRIX Resources leading sales and recruiting teams in 12 markets, generating more than $275 million annually. He played a key role in the sale of MATRIX to Motion Recruitment and subsequent integration of sales and recruiting functions for the combined organization.
